ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Payment Posting Performance

Post upgrade to 19c, Payment posting is taking approximately 10 to 15 Seconds extra. We observed below query is taking more time to execute. Adding an Index in columns giving better performance.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Payment posting shouldn't take extra time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create/Select any active account, Run a few billing cycles.
2. Post a Payments through Payment Upload File and verify the time taking for posting.
3. Posted Payments through UI - Payments Screen -verify the time taking for posting.
4. Posted Payments through Web Services - verify the time taking for posting.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users having performance issue while posting the payment.
