Error-'Unable to Create Bank Guarantee' Is Observed on Charges Tab under Initiate BG (Doc ID 2914333.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to initiate Outward Bank Guarantee(BG) the following error occurs,


ERROR

1. Unable to Create Bank Guarantee

 

STEPS

-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Trade Finance-->Bank Guarantee-->Outward BG
3. Initiate BG -> Fill all details and check Charges tab --> Above on-screen error can be seen.

 

Additional Symptom: Below message is received in dispatch response of TRADE_BG_CHARGES_SIMULATION_Advisingbankcode service.

Message -> 'CIF Id and Customer Name is mandatory in parties'
