ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Collateral Category" field in GCDCOLLT is not showed the data even the Collateral Category is maintained

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

the Collateral Category" field in GCDCOLLT should show the record

STEPS
-----------------------
1 Maintain the collateral Category
2. Go to the Collateral Maintenace screen
3. Try to fetch the Category
4. system not showed the Values in the LOV


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select the Collateral Category
