ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

IC Accruals are not triggered

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

As part of EOD, system should trigger the accruals.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the EOD
2. Verify the IC accruals for the accounts.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Accruals are not posted in the system
