Symptoms
While attempting to download advice, when clicked on download link from Advices tab under View Shipping Guarantee(SG) following error occurs

System Cannot process the request currently. Please try again later
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to trade Finance-->Shipping Guarantee-->View SG
3. Select a guarantee-> from Advices tab, click download link.
