PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

While initiating VA closure from OBDX, it is calling method
getAccruedAmountForVirtualAccount in OBVAM to get the accrued amount.
But IC feature is disabled in OBVAM and this service is not active.
Even at the account product and account level, IC feature is disabled.

Is there any parameter at OBDX level which needs to be disabled to avoid this
IC call?

How this should be handled in OBDX if OBVAM IC is disabled?
