Symptoms

Went live with V8111 in production and users are complaining when they login to Mantas V8111 UI, it takes a long time to propagate the Alert Viewer Page. On average takes >5mins for the page to appear.

Users are getting a Responsive Popup asking to Wait or Cancel, so they click Wait to continue, but are confused if anything is happening as there is no progress or spinning icon to inform it is doing something.
