Symptoms

When attempting to Force Change password while login with user name Case Insensitive Scenario

ERROR
-----------------------
Invalid Credentials

Scenario :
-----------------------
Login Name Maintained in System is in different Case compared to login attempt

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to System with different user name Case
2. In case of password Expiry, Forced Change Password Screen is Displayed
3. Enter Old and new password on Forced change password Screen .
4. Invalid Credentials error is displayed even with correct password.
