User ID in Audit log Maintenance Screen is case-sensitive

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

User ID in Audit log Maintenance Screen should not be case-sensitive

STEPS
------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


In all the screens the user ID is case-insensitive, however in the Audit log Maintenance Screen the user ID is case-sensitive.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-------------------------------

An admin user has to enter an exact user ID, which will be difficult to remember with case-sensitive recognition.
