Symptoms

While downloading preview draft in Amend Bank Guarantee(BG) transaction, on the click of download button following error occurs

System cannot process the request. Please try again later


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Trade Finance->Go to BG->Amend BG
3. Fill all the details till attachments tab click Preview Draft Copy->Click on download button.
