In GCIF || Rule Management Screen || Product Based Search not available

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In GCIF || Rule Management Screen || Product Based Search should be available


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in to an application as an admin user
2. GCIF -> Rule Management Screen -> Add another rule -> Selected transaction -> click on search (search with keyword domestic, international, etc).


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do the Product Based Search in the rule management screen
