ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Accounts Not Getting Loaded in the dashboard after managed Server Restart

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Accounts should be displayed in the dashboard after managed Server Restart

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take a managed server restart.

2. log in to an application as a corporate user

2. Sometimes accounts are not Getting Loaded in the dashboard after Server Restart


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view accounts in the dashboard after the server restart.

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
