On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET

Assist in closure of account

A department is trying to close a GBP current account in Flexcube but user is receiving the error message.
The balance of the account is nil and all trade, cheque books and settlements have been closed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From STDCUSAC screen, query the account which needs to be closed.
2. Click on the close button to close the account.
3. Verify if user is able to close the account

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the customer account.
