Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
FCUBS EOD is getting aborted with AC-FINBAL error and also Accounting entry Handoff from OBLM to FCUBS failed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should not be any EOD abort.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the EOD
2. Verify the accounting entries.
 
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the EOD
