ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

IC disabled accounts are calculating the interest.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The interest calculation should be stopped for the IC disabled accounts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Third Party Account parameters
2. Unlock the account, try to delete the IC mapped and disable.
3. Disable the field IC required, save and authorize.
4. Still for the same account the IC is not disabled at the table too - ictm_acc_master.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the interest calculation is getting triggered.
