ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System is displaying Interest optimization error in accrual calculation
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should calculate the interest correctly
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a IO structure with multiple accounts.
2. The structure should consists of both Enhancement rate & Premium Rate.
3, Submit and Authorize the structure.
4. RUN EOD
5. Verify the accruals passed.
6. System did not considered the IO premium rate and calculated only for the Enhancement rate.
7 Due to this the interest calculated is wrong.
