Existing structure ID is getting blank when user submit the IO pool for authorization

Existing Structure ID should be not become blank.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the IO pool .
2. Submit for authorization.
3. Verify the structure details entered.
