FCUBS : STDCIF - Director tab "+","-" symbol to add/remove directors found in 2 places in the screen

PATCHSET : 14.6.0.2.0 | Maintenance Line

In STDCIF - Director tab "+","-" symbols to add/remove directors are found in 2 places on the screen, one at the bottom needs to be removed it from the screen.

Which causes the user to get confused. Kindly remove one at the bottom.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should have the '+', '-' symbols only on top of the screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter into STDCIF Screen in FCUBS.
2. Click on Director Tab
3. Found '+','-' symbols on both top and bottom of the screen.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user will get confused.

Changes

 FST_CORPDIR5 under Field sets is removed from screen design.
