On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OVDAUDEF is not generating any output
OVDAUDEF is not generating any output. System shows Query resulted in no records.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Query of the contract should result the contract
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain the JPY currency limit in CSDPLMNT
2. Book a EUR contract and go to OVDAUDEF to authorize the override
3. Query Based on Module
4. Verify the system response
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Users cannot see the contracts which needs authorization
Changes
Error Type for the Error (SM-MULTIAU) which requires Dual Authorization needs to be D (Dual Auth), After making the error to D , system is now showing Duplicate messages
