Symptoms

OFSCRR 8.1.2.1.1 Unable to generate complete SARs from ECM for cases created by the ECM BD batch

When a user tries to create a SAR from ECM using Generate US SAR action, the SAR creation process is encountering an error. The SAR is generated and visible to the user in the SAR module, but there is no record inserted into FCT_SUS_ACTIVITY so they are unable to proceed past the validation for fields 93 (Filing Inst Contact Office) and 94 (Filing Inst Contact Num). Also in the Suspicious Activity Information tab when they enter data and click Save nothing is saved even though they receive a message that the save was successful. In the logs we see the following error.
