Goal

Need to know how activity risk is populated in CASH_TRXN, MI_TRXN, BACK_OFFICE_TRXN and WIRE_TRXN.

Confirm if WATCH_LIST countries (CNT) or cities (CST) have any impact on risk level of BACK_OFFICE_TRXN and CASH_TRXN.
