Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

1. Popup message is not displayed on Add Payee screen.
2. Modal window displays an 'Access Denied' error on Payee Account Name Validation screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
1.Popup message should display on Add Payee screen.
2.Error-'Access Denied' should not be displayed on Payee Account Name Validation screen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
---------------
1. Enable verification of payee name in the system
2. Login to Retail or Corporate user
3. Navigate to Manage payee ->Go to Add Payee screen
4. Enter details such that on submit you get matched 'N' or 'A' in verification API(verifyPayeeName) response
5. Popup message does not appear for add payee screen
6. Go to Payments and transfers -> Go to Ad-hoc payments
7. 'Access Denied' error is observed on Payee Account Name Validation screen.
