ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When navigating to Manage Payees screen from Dashboard it shows all the payment options in different tabs on the screen, but when navigating through menu options these options/tabs are not present.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Navigation to Manage Payees screen should be consistent irrespective from where the user navigates from to reach this screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as corporate user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Payments > Setups > Manage Payees.
3. The Manage Payees screen is displayed with no tabs.
4. Go back to Dashboard and Navigate to Manage Payees screen from Quick Links > Manage Payees.
5. Observe there are different tabs for various payment options.
