While doing Dormancy Maintenance for Account Class getting row lock with Table STTB_REQ_MASTER


While we performing the any maintenance activity for account class system giving row lock for other session. When we observe the sessions, System getting stuck with update command on the table STTB_REQ_MASTER.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Lock should not happen

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Maintenance activity
2.verify if any locks created

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the transaction on time
