OBO-Application Enrichment stage not loading


After completing Application Entry stage, we did acquire and edit for next stage. However it is not loading and throwing error "An error has occurred, Please try again after sometime! ". It is failing in cmc_obrh_services with below error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to product catalogue Select Loans ->Personal Loan
2. Enter customer and loan details and Submit.
3.Go to Loan application entry , enter details and click submit.
4.Go to loan Acquire and edit Application Enrichment error is displayed.
