On Payment Status Inquiry Screen Cancellation Reason Is Not Displayed (Doc ID 2922889.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The payment cancellation reason is not displayed on the payment status inquiry screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The payment cancellation reason should be displayed on the payment status inquiry screen. 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to the Application.

2. Navigate to Payments > Funds Transfer > Initiate a transfer

3. Cancel the payment from Oracle Banking Payments product (OBPM), check the status in Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX).

4. Login to the Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) Application.

5. Navigate to Payments > Inquiries > Payment Status Inquiry

6. Select the Payment initiation date, host reference number

7. Choose the transaction and check the cancellation reason.
