Anticipatory Profile Missing Alerts (Doc ID 2922995.1)

Client has configured the Anticipatory profile as monthly scenarios however, this month the scenario didn't generate any alert at all even though some of the customers have crossed the threshold and are qualified for the scenario. Client asking to help identify why the scenario did not generate.
