Account Status Not Improving Because STTM_CUST_ACCOUNT.OVERLINE_OD_SINCE Is Not Updating To Null (Doc ID 2923104.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The account status worsen from normal when the facility over utilized and OVERLINE_OD_SINCE is set to a date. But now the account balance is in credit the account status is not improving to NORM.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Account status should be changed automatically to NORM if there is no overdraft .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a CASA account with facility attached.
2.Overdraw the account above limit .
3.Run EOD , verify account status.
4.Now add balance to account to make the account balance positive then run EOD.
5.Verify account status improved or not.

The issue has the following business impact:
