Cash Flow File Upload Status Does Not Change from "Processing in Progress" On OBDX Even after Completion at Host (Doc ID 2923985.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cash flow file upload status is stuck in "Processing in Progress" state and not sync with host system.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
File status for cash flow upload should be in sync with host.

STEPS
-------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Navigate via Toggle menu > Cash Management > Cash Flow > Create Expected Cash Flow > Select Bulk File Upload.
3. Upload the file.
4. View File Upload Inquiry. It is stuck on Processing In Progress step. On host the file has been processed.
