Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Incorrect Status is shown in the transaction journey in case of multilevel approver
In the transaction journey screen, User can see 2-level approval. Against the first level, it is still showing Pending for approval but in the last approval level it is showing approved
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
It should show approved for the first level as well.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in to an application as a corporate maker user
2. Perform any transaction with multi-level approval
3. complete the first level Approval -> Second level approval
4. Go to the transaction journey screen. -> Against the first level, it is still showing Pending for approval but in the last approval level it is showing approved
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are getting incorrect statuses in the transaction journey if multi-level approval is maintained for the transactions.

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
