Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the pending for approval filter, If a user enters the "from" amount as 0 in the search filter, the system throws an error "Enter both to and from amount" on screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The system should allow a user to enter the "from" amount as 0 in the pending for approval filter screen

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in to an application as a corporate checker user
2. Pending for approval widget -> filter -> enter from amount as "0"
3. Above mentioned error is noted

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot filter the pending for approval transaction with from amount input as "0".

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
