Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

GCIF multiple workflow creation is failing, created workflow not reflecting post creation, showing the status as failure in the maker activity log.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

GCIF workflow should be created successfully.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in to an application as an admin maker user
2. GCIF -> workflow screen -> create multiple workflow -> submit the transaction.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to create a workflow in GCIF Module

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
