EMS IN job failing due to Internal server error

ERROR
-----------------------
No resources currently available in pool jdbc/fcjdevDSSMS to allocate to applications, please increase the size of the pool and retry.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Configure data source Max capacity as 200.

2. Have more than 200 incoming MT940 messages in EMS IN folder.

3. Start EMS_IN job and monitor the messaeges.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, EMS_IN job keeps failing.
