Goal
On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support
Payment released from Network Cut-off Queue issued back dated and is rejected from SWIFT
1. Outgoing Target2 payment initiated from OBDx after Cutoff time and transaction is placed in Network Cutoff queue.
2. As per the maintenance in PMSAJBPR screen, PQDNETCQ job is automatically executed and transaction is automatically carried forward and moved to future.
3. After PQDFUVAQ job is executed next day, transaction is released and processed. MT103 message is sent to SWIFT platform BACKDATED. Hence it gets rejected from SWIFT.
