ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System displays error message for changing the effective date and allows to save the modification only after changing the effective date to current system date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Effective date of the Interest Optimization setup should not change when any modification is performed in Interest Optimization screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to OBLM, Interest Optimization setup, unlock and perform any modification.
2. Save the record

Due to this issue, users cannot save the Interest Optimization modification.
