In Structure Modification from OBDX, Payment Instructions getting updated as Blank

For everytime, whenever there is a modification in the structure either for Sweep or Notional Payment Instruction is getting blank.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Payment Instruction maintained should be displayed even if there is a modification in the structure either for Sweep or Notional

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Modify the sweep structure
2. Goto Payment Instruction
3. Payment Instruction is blank
