Unable To Modify Contract From Non-STP Queue System throws Response Is Empty Error (Doc ID 2929475.1)

Symptoms



User wants to move transactions to Non-STP queue whenever the Purpose Code is not provided in the contract, and later Back Office user will manually input the Purpose code from Non-STP Queue.

Result : When user provides the purpose code from Non-STP Queue and save the record, System is throwing 'Response is Empty' error.
