On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
14.7| OBTF| Issue in assigned details in LCDTRONL screen
Hi Team,
As per the user manual, only following are expected to come in assignee details in LCDTRONL screen:
i) Bank Customer
ii) Walkin Customer
iii) Third Party
Currently we observe the below:
i) Walk in customer is not coming under assignee ID lov
ii) Corporate customer is coming under assignee lov
Below is the LOV query being used:
SELECT DISTINCT tc.customer_no othr_pty_id, tc.customer_name1 pty_name, tc.address_line1 address_line_1, tc.address_line2 address_line_2, tc.address_line3 address_line_3, tc.address_line4 address_line_4 FROM tfvws_customer tc,tfvws_account ta WHERE tc.customer_no = ta.cust_no AND ( ta.ac_gl_no = ? OR ? IS NULL) UNION ALL SELECT third_party_id,third_party_name,address_line_1,address_line_2,address_line_3,address_line_4 FROM Tftm_Third_Party WHERE ? IS NULL
As per assignee ID Lov query, customers created only for TF which are associated with some account will be available in the assignee id lov in assignee details tab.
