ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Limit Package creation date stores as Null in database when Limit Package is modified.


EXPECTED BEHAVIO
-------------------------

Limit Package Modification date should be updated but the creation date should be overridden as Null in database when Limit Package is Updated/Modified.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Administrator Dashboard >
2. Toggle menu > Menu > Limits
3. Limits Package Search and modify.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Creation date stores as null in DB.
