ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System allows to close the account onboarding in Account parameter screen when the account is part of an active structure

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should have validation while closing the account onboarding if the same account is part of any active structure.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Account parameter and select any account which is part of an active
structure.
2. Click on Close , save and authorize.
3. Check if system have any validation if the account is part of any
structure.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are able to close the account if the account is already in any active structure.
