Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User Helpdesk - The verification section is removed in case the user clicks on the 'Resend OTP' link
On click of Resend OTP system gets stuck and throws UI error.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Verification section should be visible even if user clicks on the Resend OTP link.
STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Menu --> Others –> User help desk
2. Select user type as Corporate User
3. In username, enter 'corp'
4. Click on Submit
5. System displays a user having username as 'corpmaker'
6. click on the same, Verification section is displayed.
7. click on the 'Resend Link'
8. Verification section disappears & system doesn't proceed ahead

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log in as help desk users.
