ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Accrual has been triggered for the paused date.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

There should not be any accrual posting for the paused date.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Disbale the accrual for the account.
2. Run the EOD
3. Verify the accrual entries.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, incorrect accrual entries posted.
