Symptoms

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ERROR
---------------
User is not able to perform the payment it is getting the error as
CL-ACC-410(Balance breakup not found. Failed in framing Accounting entries))

STEPS
--------
1. User Performs the payment .
2. Tries to reverse the payment and then performs the payment again.

BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------
The user is not able to do payment where there are ACCR And ALIQ event .

Analysis
-------
Upon performing the first payment table CLTP_ACCOUNT_COMP_BAL_BREAKUP is not
updated properly .
When user tries to reverse the payment cltb_account_comp_bal_breakup also
becomes wrong .
Now when user again try to perform the payment , the payment fails.
