Reallocation entries are not in order

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1. NH to First level Parent FCY & LCY amount must be handed off to DDA correctly.
2. Reallocation calculation should be proper for Fair share.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain the Notional Header currency as FCY and Immediate Header Account is in LCY.
2. Run EOM
3. Verify the entries posted and Reallocation Calculation.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, incorrect entries are posted.
