ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Incoming Target-2 RTGS message pass thru to CBPR is created but failing in the outgoing CBPR PACS.008 generation for settlement method- CLRG .
As incoming tgt-2 will be sent as CLRG which needs to be transformed into INDA/INGA during CBPR creation but getting populated directly as CLRG and failing in message generation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Incoming Target-2 RTGS message should not fail in the outgoing CBPR PACS.008 generation for settlement method- CLRG . It should not get populated directly as CLRG and should not fail in message generation.
