ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

ISO 20022 compliance: UBS generated xml file is not loading in Swift
We found that system is generating SWIFT message in MX xml format but not getting loaded in alliance access. Then we have added Saa tags as per SWIFT recommendation and uploaded manually in alliance. We found that alliance accepted that message. In this regard, Please enable Saa tags as per SWIFT recommendation to get it processed in alliance.

PACS008 generated for MX swift should be with correct header and format
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform a outgoing MX transaction
2. generate and send the MX payment to swift
3. Verify the Swift response
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct message generated. SAA tags and header portion is missing
