ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Closed CASA accounts and Liquidated/reversed loan accounts having active util stat , which is restricting to close the Liab/Linkage/Facility.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the account is closed, corresponding util id status should be updated to L
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Close a customer account from STDCUSAC and verify the util stat for the linked util record
2. Liquidate a loan account and verify the util stat for the linked util record
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the liab/facility linkage
