Symptoms

Actual Behavior

User have an issue of system giving a wrong error message during the loan account authorization. In this scenario, when a user who has a limit role lesser than the loan amount, system is giving two errors as attached in the screenshot (OV-DUAL01 and SM-AUTH01). In our case, the dual authorization is not enabled not the loan account product. Still the system is throwing the OV-DUAL01 error code, which is incorrect.

Expected Behavior

System should only display the SM-AUTH01 error code in this case, since the user limit is less than the loan account.

Steps

1. Set the user has an authorization limit of 100,000 USD in SMDLMTIL screen.
2. Create a loan account for 500,000 USD using the CLDACCNT.
3. Try to authorize this loan account by the user.
4. Check System is throwing the wrong error code OV-DUAL01 error code. System is not expected to give this error, as the dual auth is not enabled for this loan product.

Business Impact

Incorrect behavior.
