Swift MT760 NOT AS PER LATEST STANDARDS FOR GTEE

Trade finance messages are not generated in format which is following new swift standards. In current production version messages are not maintained as per new swift standard so kindly check is something additionally missing in parametrization.

We are enclosing the doc ''Swift MT760 with new fields'' in which we have inserted some new fields added as per current Swift standards.

Below mentioning some changes:
- Field 23- Further Identification is replaced with 22A- Purpose of Message
- Are added 15B - New Sequence(B: Undertaking Details) and 15C - New Sequence(C: Local Undertaking Details):
- 22D - Form of Undertaking: is a New field
- Fields 23B, 50, 52A, 59, 56A, 32B, 71D, 45C, 44H. 45L are new fields

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should generate the Trade finance message in new swift standards.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Swift MT760 not as per latest standards for GTEE.

Changes

 Need to update the "SWIFT_2020_ENABLED" flag in CSTB_PARAM, if the PARAM_VAL is "N" change to "Y" and then try to generate SWIFT message.
