Symptoms

Unable to modify a Cross border template in the PXDOTTML screen. Error
attached is being displayed although the maker is attempting to modify the
transaction.

 This is the common error in PXDOTTML, PBDOTONL, PQSTMPLQ(Delete action ), PMSSITMP(Delete action).
